The Brief: To find the perfect home and to manage the rental process and the movers.
The Outcome: The family moved into their new home with a minimum of fuss to find their home clean, their possessions unpacked and fully installed, furniture in place, beds made, fridge stocked and flowers awaiting their arrival.

The Brief: Advertise and contact recruitment agencies for an experienced, professional housekeeper, interview the candidates and present a shortlist of suitable candidates.
The Outcome: The client’s first choice candidate had their references verified, DBS check processed and paperwork completed by The Organisers and started the position immediately.
Home prepared for the new owner’s arrival
The Client: International businessman and family
The Brief: To sort out a 'few problems’ in a newly purchased London apartment. After receiving the keys in the post, The Organisers discovered almost nothing, from the oven to the showers, was working.
The Outcome: A few weeks later, a beautifully functioning property was handed over to the relieved client. The Organisers also arranged for the carpets and curtains to be cleaned, all belongings unpacked, artwork hung and a welcoming meal awaiting the family’s arrival.

The Brief: Ensure security and maintenance of a second home in the English countryside.
The Outcome: On a regular Home Watch visit The Organisers smelled gas on entering the property. The relevant authority was informed and were at the house within 30 minutes. The Organisers were able to let them into the house and show them where the incoming gas supply was located, whilst maintaining the security of the property. The leak was located and made safe. The Organisers kept the client advised throughout and made arrangements for the recommended repairs.
Chelsea townhouse refurbishments

The Brief: To appoint a suitable firm of interior designers and decorators to design, re-decorate and source furniture, fixtures and fittings for a private refurbishment project.
The Outcome: The Organisers managed the designers and decorators to bring the project in to the clients’ specifications, on time and within budget.
Multilingual house manager dispatched to Lebanon to train household staff
The Client: A large family living overseas
The Brief: An audit of the extensive household staff, assign roles and job responsibilities and complete training where necessary.
The Outcome: The staff now fully understand their roles and responsibilities and have received first class training ensuring the large household runs as smoothly as possible.
New staff welcome and orientation
The Client: Chief financial officer for a global business
The Brief: To arrange temporary accommodation for a new chief finance officer and his family. To assist with the relocation including transportation, find independent schools for the children, enroll the family with doctors and dentists and initiate a property search for a permanent home. The family was advised on simple day-to-day activities such as after school activities for the children and language tuition for the client’s wife.
The Outcome: A stressful relocation was made much easier for the family and they continue to retain The Organisers as their private office.
Large family home rejuvenated

The Brief: To de-clutter their substantial home from ten years of family life. To create a calming and serene living space which the family would be proud to entertain in once more.
The Outcome: With the clients’ supervision the home was de-cluttered and re-arranged to make the most of the beautiful space and décor. Wardrobes, cupboards and shelves were cleared and organised to the clients’ individual specifications. Charity shop collections and recycling was arranged to rid the home of clutter. The home was given a thorough clean before being presented to the delighted family.
Relocation of CEO from The States to the UK
The Client: Global media company
The Brief: Manage the relocation from start to finish with as little disruption to the CEO as possible. She and her family need to walk into a fully functioning property. Schools placement for her children.
The Outcome: The Organisers ensured the property was completely furnished and stocked with household items and all IT equipment was installed before the family arrived. All their clothes were unpacked, their belongings were arranged and the fridge was filled. Both the client and the CEO were delighted and the children are happy in their new schools.
Plan and manage the complete refurbishment of a Grade II Listed home
The Client: Oxfordshire CEO
The Brief: To put together a design team for the house including interior and landscape designers, project manager, architect and builder. To put the building contract out to tender and present their findings to the client. To attend design team meetings on the client’s behalf. To make site visits on a regular basis and send photographs of the progress to the client via email. To oversee the project from start to finish to ensure it is completed to the highest standard.
The Outcome: The Organisers brought the project in on time, as specified and within budget for a very satisfied client.
